I'm a writer, reader, teacher, and binge-watcher based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I spend my days obsessed with stories and in conversation with the clouds in the New Mexico sky.
Born and bred in Albuquerque, I recently returned home from six life-changing years of living abroad in Amsterdam and Edinburgh.
I write fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. My work has been featured in the essay collection Nasty Women, in The Guardian newspaper, and New York Magazine's The Cut, among other places. You can see some of my work here.
I love words. I want to make my words the best they can be and I'm passionate about helping other people write their best, whether I'm teaching writing classes, editing, or book coaching.
